Sauteed Chicken Cutlet with Gorgonzola Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breast slices
- 2 tbsp Calizo Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon
- 6 oz. Gorgonzola dolce sweet, chopped
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Marsala
- 4 tbsp walnuts crushed
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- Flour
- Taste of Tuscany to taste
- ½ jar of Calizo Artichokes With Orange
- ½ jar of Calizo Caramelized Taggiasca Olives
• Coat the chicken slices with flour.
• Warm the Calizo Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon in a pan and sauté the chicken in it. Brown well on both sides.
•Add Marsala and let the alcohol evaporate.
• Add Calizo Artichokes With Orange and the Calizo Caramelized Taggiasca Olives
•Add the heavy cream and chopped Gorgonzola and mix to dissolve the cheese.
•Season with salt and pepper,Calizo Taste of Tuscany,cover and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
