MUSSELS PANCETTA PUTTANESCA

Ingredients

Pre-heat large sauté pan on medium heat 

Add Calizo Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon and pancetta, cook till pancetta is crisp, not overdone

Add onions, cook to 10-12 minutes, stir occasionally

Wash mussels, set aside

Stir in thyme, tomatoes, and simmer 5 minutes or till tomatoes pop and soften, mash lightly

Add Garlic Powder, Calizo Puttanesca Naturale, stir

Add Calizo Italianaise and water to thin-- if sauce is too thick
