GRILLED HERB SHRIMP
Ingredients
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Medium yellow small diced
- ¼ Cup Fresh basil
- ¼ Cup fresh parsley
- 2 t Kosher salt
- 1 T Calizo Hot sauce
- 2 T of Calizo Taste of Tuscany Dry Seasoning
- ¼ Cup Calizo
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 Pounds (jumbo shrimps16 to 20 per pound), peeled, tails left on, deveined
Combine the garlic, onion, parsley, basil,hot sauce,Calizo Dry seasoning, salt, pepper,olive oil and lemon juice.
•Add shrimp and allow them to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
•Prepare grill. Brush grill racks with oil to prevent shrimp from sticking
•Skewer the shrimp. 5-6 n a 12-inch skewer for a dinner serving.
•Grill the shrimp for 1 ½ minutes on each side
•Serve with Mango Salsa
