Rice Florentine

Ingredients:

– 4 cups of precooked rice

– 1 package, chopped spinach, cooked and drained

– 1 clove sauteed garlic

– 1 small jar, sun dried tomatoes in oil, drain & chop

– 1 T Calizo’s Puttanesca Naturale

Calizo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon.

Preparation:

Use one-minute pre-cooked rice or cook rice from scratch.
– Saute garlic, sun dried tomatoes, cooked frozen spinach, and Calizo’s Puttanesca Naturale in Calizo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon.

– Mix thoroughly.

– Add rice, toss together, and keep warm.

– Mix thoroughly with cooked rice.

– Add chopped basil to top with lightly grated Romano cheese.
